Issue 14 Episode 14:
The next room over, Dr. Kassandra Baume is sitting in her office, monitoring Ichabode through a mirrored window and looking over his charts. With her elbows on the desk, she grasps her head and starts massaging her temples. Looking at him through the mirror she worryingly asks herself, “How am I gonna get us out of this one, Kassie?” As she keeps massaging away, her mind takes her to a place and time that has yet to exist.. (cue in dreamy segue music). The memory is of herself and 3 identical siblings as children. The 4 of them are in a very plain, sterile, white room. The surface throughout the entire room is seamless, shiny and reflective and appears to be solid throughout, until a slight burst of pressurized air is heard and a door quickly slides open. Into the room briskly walks a jolly, dark haired, distinguished looking man with a hammer style moustache, cane and cap. He’s coming into to check on them, say goodnight and to activate LUCY, an artificially intelligent lucid dream sequencer that assists with sleeping. 
As he walks to LUCY’s console he passes the pods and gives each one a loving sigh and kiss. With a flip of a switch, the walls of the room magically illuminate to project a calming virtual environment for the children to fall asleep to…. Then suddenly, Nurse Siouxee’s loud, shrieking voice is heard over the intercom, snapping Kassandra out of her day dream. “Can I have your attention please, we have a code Lavender in 1C, a doctor is in Lala Land. Oh wait, she’s awake now, cancel code Lavender in 1C”.
