Back on Earth at the house of Ichabode’s parents, Kassandra is standing eerily still outside the door to the secret room with her left hand resting flat against it while her right arm, caught in a swinging motion is mid air and her fist is clenched like she’s been banging on the door. . She’s frozen and stuck in a catatonic state, paused in time until Ichabode and Akasha return from their cosmic journey to Posteriori Prime. The look on her face is of worry with her eyes wide open, eyebrows up and arched and her mouth awkwardly half open with her teeth grinding together. Her mind is in a limbo dream state, and when Ichabode and Akasha come back, it would be to her as if they’ve never left and just stuck in the secret room for a few moments.
Also back on Earth, at her Castle far from the city and up on the highest hill, Voluspa is about to gaze deeply into her black mirror to gain some insight on Morky Mork’s progress. As she lights a single candle that is off to the side, she says intently,
